With practically all the members of the powerful 1999 high school team already having graduated, season 1999-2000 was one for rebuilding. The annual Division Meet match against Canossa Academy early in 2000 was, therefore, not a straightforward affair.
The youngsters, nonetheless, had enough in them to eke out narrow 1-nil and 3-nil victories over the local neighbours over two matches played at the De La Salle Lipa field.
