The pictures from this gallery were mostly taken from two occasions. The first was the first-ever out-of-town friendly by the club against Makati Football School at the Colegio San Agustin field in Dasmariñas Village. The players earned praise from DLSU-Manila players, who had visited De La Salle Lipa earlier; but were out of their depth in Makati against MFS. It was all part of the learning curve.
The second group of pictures was taken during the Boys Football Association Tournament held at the University of Life field in Pasig. The pictures were donated by player Ariel Tolentino, which explains why he is in all of them.
The only picture in the collection in portrait mode was a friendly held in the summer of 1983 during the DLSL Fair, when De La Salle Zobel came for a friendly and were beaten 3-1.
The picture showing a group of players in black and apple green (after Aston Villa's strip at the time) was also taken during the school fair but in the summer of 1984 when majority of the first batch of players were graduating seniors.
