Pictures taken during the STRAA of 2003, which was hosted by the City of Batangas. This was one of those STRAAs when the club lost two matches in a row and were immediately eliminated. The problem never was the football; and indeed, the set of players sent to the competition had finished third in the RIFA, which arguably had more competitive teams than the STRAA.
The problem always was in the playing pitch, as the pictures themselves will show. Considering that Lipa is a mere half an hour away, it made one wonder why the Division of Lipa City could not have volunteered to host the STRAA's football competition at the De La Salle Lipa field.
