La Salle Football Club was a regular fixture of the Coca-Cola Go-for-Goal tournament, but our most successful years were probably in the eighties when we reached the nationals on two occasions. We narrowly missed the finals of the 1988 tournament after losing our opening game against West Negros College, 1-2, in a match when most of us felt that the officiating was really dodgy. However, we recovered from that defeat to win our next two matches by scores of 3-nil.
The pictures in this gallery, however, were from the regional Go-for-Goal campaign, which we hosted at the De La Salle Lipa field; and the nationals which were held at the ULTRA field in Pasig.
